Things to know
Children under the age of 4 years can attend for free, but their seat on the transportation is not guaranteed; if you require a separate seat for your child, please make the reservation ahead of time (additional charge). A small charge is payable on site to enter with video cameras, other than phones. Life jackets for the cenote activity are available at an additional cost, please bring cash for payment. The use of life jackets in the cenote is mandatory.
